‘It’s all House and Techno and I’m not interested in fads.’ That line from Darius Syrossian isn’t just a statement - it’s the foundation of a career built on consistency, credibility and an unwavering commitment to the music. A true lifer, Darius has spent decades immersed in the culture. Fourteen years behind the counter of a record shop gave him a rare, ground-level education in what works - and more importantly, what lasts. That depth of knowledge has carried him to the top tier of global house and techno, both in the booth and in the studio. His touring history spans every major club and festival circuit worldwide, while his productions have landed on leading imprints including Moon Harbour, 8 Bit, Hot Creations, Get Physical and We Are The Brave, among others. In Ibiza, Darius has become a fixture across the island’s most respected venues, holding regular appearances at Hï Ibiza, DC10, Cova Santa and Chinois, with a continued presence across key seasons. In 2019, he launched Moxy Muzik - a label and party concept built around extended sets, intimate spaces and a return to dancefloor fundamentals. The label’s debut vinyl sold out immediately and required a repress, while its digital release hit number one on Beatport’s minimal/deep tech chart. Early support came from artists including Derrick May and Laurent Garnier, setting the tone for a project rooted in authenticity rather than hype. Since then, Moxy events have consistently sold out at venues such as Kater Blau, 93 Feet East, Joshua Brooks and Mint Club. Darius’ approach is defined by substance over trend. Having seen countless waves come and go, he has never deviated from his core - a deep understanding of groove, a vast musical library and the ability to move seamlessly from deep house to Detroit techno without ever losing identity. Everything he does - from radio to releases, from Ibiza to global touring - is driven by one principle: the music comes first. In his own words: “I’m into the scene because I love the music — not like a lot of people who are into the music because they love the scene. It’s only about the music for me. That’s all that matters.”
